Your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to have an amazing stay, but there are a few important aspects to keep in mind:

This is a residential home located in a peaceful community. Our neighbors are families and friends, and we value our relationship with them. Our main goal is to provide a restful and pleasant experience. While moderate music and socializing are always welcome, parties, loud events, exceeding the guest limit, or drug use are strictly prohibited. Such activities will lead to immediate eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.

We trust you to follow these basic rules; please don`t let us down! :)

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke outside (please dispose of cigarette butts properly). If the property smells of smoke or other substances, a fine between $100 and $300 will apply. By booking, you agree to this fee.

No Events: Commercial productions or events are strictly prohibited.

No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests on the reservation may stay overnight.

Food & Drinks: No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Any stains on bedding or carpets requiring replacement will be charged to the guest.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved. A fee of $50 per 30 minutes may be deducted from the deposit for unauthorized late departures.

Lost Keys: A $100 replacement fee applies if keys are lost.

Damaged Linens: Stained or ruined towels ($10) or sheets ($40) will incur a replacement charge.

Parking: Please use only the assigned parking space to avoid your vehicle being towed at your expense.

Packages: We are not responsible for packages (Amazon, eBay, etc.) sent to this address. We strongly discourage shipping items here. If we must send someone to retrieve or handle a package for you, a $50 service fee will apply.
