Other things to note
✦There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am.

✦We may be able offer an early check-in for a $50 fee if the cleaning is finished ahead of schedule. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee this as it depends on how quickly the previous guests check out and how the cleaning goes.

✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Please note there is a $50 fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets.

✦We have an exterior Ring camera facing the front of the apartment.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

✦Our home features the beautiful original concrete and exposed piping of the historic Butler Brothers Building. Because of these hard surfaces and our central location near the Convention Center, the "sounds of the city" (traffic and hallways) can carry. We love the energy of being downtown, but please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to noise.
