Cozy 1-bedroom condo with AC in Bradenton Beach

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a queen size bed and a pullout couch, kitchenette and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach can be seen from from balcony.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking utensils. The living room is very spacious with a couch. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

The host text us on the day of check in to let us know the room was ready several hours prior to our check in time. Although our timing for travel didn’t allow us to check in early and enjoy the extra time I truly appreciated the gesture. We love the location!

Perfect beach location, would definitely book again, all though it was spring break so lots of children in the pool which we did not get to enjoy but we did hit the beach, we would go at another time.

This rental is super cute and close to the beach! It was also close to a lot of restaurants and bars so we could walk if we wanted to. Sunsets were beautiful, room was clean and nice and cold for FL heat. Bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure! It was an amazing room and we had a great experience!

Such easy access to the beach and all of the island. Our room was cozy and quaint with everything we expected in a studio apt. A for cleanliness, the bed was super comfortable and the a/c worked great. We will definitely be back again.

This was a great place to stay. We loved the beach access. Everything was also very clean. The only complication was that although it says you can arrive early or stay late and use the pool or beach, you need the parking pass that’s in the room.

This is not a fancy suite. It is a down to earth beachy spot, which we liked. The room was perfect for our needs. We were looking for a few nights to get away. We didn't need a kitchen, but a microwave and coffeemaker was provided, along with a small refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. We used it as a landing spot for our beach escape. It was a short walk to the beach, which was perfect. A short walk or drive to nearby restaurants and to shopping in Bridge St made this location ideal.

The condo was very clean in a great location. The only issue we had was the AC unit was load every time the compressor kicked on. Really not much you can do about it but it woke us up a lot during the night.

We had such a great weekend getaway. I am very thankful for the patience and responsiveness of the host as our plans seemed to change a bit due to weather. The explanation of the property and where to park and navigate around the property was so clear and made everything perfect and seamless. The condo was perfect and enjoyable. We had everything we needed and the location is perfect, in walking distance to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is a very cute and clean property. We only stayed one night and it worked perfectly for what we needed. We had a little bit of trouble finding exactly where the unit was located on the property when we got there, but other than that, everything went smoothly.
