This cottage faces west and sits just across the street from the Port Saint Joe Bay, with quick access to public beach access!

Within the community, you're a short walk to the larger of two pools with hot tub plus a dedicated grilling area with picnic tables. As the community is easily accessible to U.S. 98, there is some occasional road noise, yet Barefoot Cottages is tucked away in a natural setting with abundant palm trees to feel like a true tropical escape. You might even hear tree frogs and cicadas!

Centrally located in the heart of the Forgotten Coast, you'll have access to the white sugar sand beaches and breathtaking western-facing sunsets that make this part of Old Florida truly unique. From where to eat, find the best shells, go for a jog, hire a local fishing guide, or even book family photos, we are passionate about this area and want to help you "live like a local". Both bedrooms are conveniently located upstairs, providing a private retreat away from the main living area. Each bedroom features brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring. A king-sized bed with memory foam mattresses and pillows in one bedroom, and two full-sized beds with cotton sheets, 100% cotton quilts, and additional blankets for our off-season guests. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, smart televisions, and luggage racks.

Connected en suite bathrooms are the finishing touch, one with a shower and the other with a shower-tub combo.
Plus, there's a second screened in porch with privacy curtains, a daybed, cafe tables and extra seating to enjoy coffee or a cocktail off one of the Master bedrooms. Our spacious screened in porches boast expanded living options to relax, work or play while protected from the elements!

In our kitchen, we provide all the essential equipment necessary to prepare delectable meals. Additionally, we offer a carefully curated selection of durable and high-quality items. A coffee maker with k-cup feature is also provided.
