The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood right in the middle of JacĂł, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Youâre just 5 minutes from the beach, and within minutes of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy everything JacĂł has to offer without the noise or crowds.

The neighborhood offers the best of both worlds. Itâs close to the beach and right near the center of town, so everything you need is just minutes away. At the same time, itâs quiet, peaceful, and removed from the noise and crowds, making it a great place to relax and unwind. I enjoy being able to walk or drive a short distance to the beach or restaurants, then come back to a calm, private setting.

What makes this property stand out is the level of care and attention that went into every detail. I was personally involved from the very beginning through the final stage of the renovation, and with over 20 years in construction, I truly believe the devil is in the details. Iâve stayed in many Airbnbs myself and paid close attention to what works, whatâs missing, and what makes a stay feel effortless. I did my best to apply all of that here to create a place thatâs comfortable, functional, and feels just right for guests.
