Pet Policy: Not pet-friendly

Please note that this home is classed as "self-providing." We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soaps and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen paper roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. Pool towels are provided but must be returned to the home (bath towels should not be used at the pool).

The Resort
The condo is just a short walk to the Resort Welcome Center and main amenities! Enjoy world-class resort amenities like a heated lagoon-style pool, massive jacuzzi, a 55-person theater, a fully-equipped fitness center, an arcade, on site shop, putting green, sports courts, picnic/grill area and 3 themed playgrounds.

The resort also boasts an exhilarating water park complete with dueling water slides and an incredible zero-depth splash pad for the kids.

The Welcome Center will provide you with wrist bands for all your party to access the community facilities and you can pick up brochures for attractions in and around Central Florida.

With 24/7 security, a gated community, and picturesque lake views, you'll feel relaxed and at ease throughout your stay.

All driver names will need to be provided to us to ensure you are registered with the gatehouse prior to arrival and each driver must provide a valid driving license to gatehouse staff in order to gain access to the Resort. There is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home.

And don't forget the surrounding area - the Resort is situated within 5 minutes drive of the US192, which boasts a very wide range of popular restaurants. There is a Walmart (including gas station) just 5 minutes drive away.

Just a 10 minute drive West will take you to either Sunset Walk Promenade for a mix of entertainment venues, restaurants, cinema and specialty shops, or pop next door to the Rolling Oaks shopping plaza for larger retail outlets (Super Target/Ross etc) and more eateries. You’ll also love the H2O Live Water Park, perfect for family fun!

A 10 minute drive East will take you to the I-4, which gives you easy access to beaches on either the East or West Coast.
