****DISNEY - Magic Moments**** Do you need to disconnect from the daily grind and just plug into the people you love the most? Our family welcomes you to our "Magic Moments" home. In our home, you'll find a sparkling, Frozen-themed room that would make any princess get excited about as well as a room to hang with Mickey and his friends. We are in the main building (Building 8) closest to the waterpark and resort pool which is one of the most desirable locations in the resort. You are steps from the pool/clubhouse and many of the fun amenities Windsor Hills has to offer.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a double, Olympic-sized, zero-enty, heated pool which features a large hot tub on the main pool deck. Adjacent to the pool is a new water park/splash pad that also features both dual, 3-story water racing slides and an area with smaller slides for the younger ones. In the pool area, Windsor Hills hosts live music, DJ’s, and fun, competitive games and activities for all ages.

Throughout the resort, you'll find basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a fully-equipped fitness center, a movie theater with free, guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green, arcade, and two playgrounds. Windsor Hills is one of the closest, short-term rental areas to Disney. Two right turns and two miles after exiting our resort, and you are driving under the "Welcome to Walt Disney World" sign. Depending on the park visited, driving time is 7-12 minutes.

Our "Magic Moments" home has been remodeled with a new kitchen and baths, granite countertops, porcelain tile flooring throughout, and all new furnishings. All furniture in this unit has also been fitted with glass tops for protection.

The living room features a 55" HD TV with a blu-ray player and comfortable leather furniture. All TV’s have TiVo which gives you the capability to access any streaming app you currently utilize at home as well as cable TV. There are also TV's located in the Master BR and Frozen room. The unit is furnished with ceiling fans, window treatments, quality pillowtop mattresses, and bed and bath linens.

The master BR features a king bed and a private ensuite bath. The Frozen room has a queen bed, and the Mickey room has a full-size bed and a twin bed. The Mickey room also features blackout curtains for nap time. The Frozen room and the Mickey room share a hallway bath.

Magic Moments will sleep up to 7 guests with a maximum of 8 if the Pack ‘n Play is used. A Pack 'n Play (sheets included), stroller and high chair are furnished for our younger guests. We also furnish beach towels for use at the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, flat surface stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include programmable coffee maker (both K-cup and pot-syle), toaster, crock pot, and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, flatware, glassware (including wine glasses), and kitchen linens to prepare and serve meals for up to 8. Additionally, Magic Moments has a new large capacity washer and dryer in the unit available for your use.

We are located in the building closest to the pool and the clubhouse/movie theater/fitness center area. While we are only a few steps away from these facilities, we are on the front side of the building away from the pool. This makes our location ideal because it provides quick access to the pool/clubhouse area, but does not receive noise from guests enjoying the pool.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for my family's Disney vavation. It was a quick trip to all Disney parks and the kids loved the themed rooms and had a blast at the pool/splashpad.

Magical Vacation

Our family has stayed at Windsor Hills for 3 years now. This is our first year at this particular condo and it was nothing short of amazing. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and the condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. It's top of our list for when we come back next year!

The perfect home away from home

This condo is a wonderful home away from home. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your vacation stay. Gino & Bobbie were very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed after our arrival. The location of the condo is conveniently located to access groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, and the Disney Parks. The grounds are quiet and secure. I will book again.

Disney World & 40th Birthday!!

This place was perfect for our stay and family! The owner is so nice and communicates immediately. She helped me make plans for Disney World, it was our 1st time. It was also my 40th birthday, she had balloons waiting for me inside and had even had a beautiful bracelet for my birthday!! The resort is a plus, the kids can swim and do all sorts of activities. Highly recommend!!

Great location outside the “Disney bubble”

We enjoyed our stay here. We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills before, but in a house. We enjoyed the condo, with its proximity to the pool - the zero entry and depth of no more than 4 ft is great for our young kids. You can’t beat the travel time Disney. The only downside to our stay, if it counts as such, was that I failed to appreciate that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided in the bathrooms. Plenty of soaps, paper towels, and garbage bags, but wasn’t expecting to buy toilet paper half way through our stay. Next time I’ll know.

Perfect for family vacation

We highly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property owner was excellent. This condo is about as close to Disney as possible and very close to a Walmart for groceries! The Windsor Hills community offers resort like amenities for any non-theme park days! We didn’t get to use the water slides because we ran out of time but they look fun! This condo has a good supply of towels and also other starter items (toilet paper, etc.) to get you started on your stay. I always require a full sized washer and dryer when we stay, and theirs worked well! The themed bedrooms were very cute and our kids really enjoyed having their own space. There are two full sized bathrooms and all three bedrooms are spacious. There is an elevator to get to this condo as it’s in the second story. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from parking spots. Would recommend this for any family staying for a Disney/Universal vacation!

Wonderful Unit, Good location

This unit was AMAZING! The decor was spot on. Wonderfully well put together and coordinated perfectly to match each room's theme. VERY clean with enough basic amenities to get through at least a few days. We needed nothing but laundry stuff for our week-long stay. Beds were comfortable and the tv's had cable plus a few streaming options. The view was ok, but having a screened in balcony was very nice. The owners were very nice and communicated very well. They even left some halloween goodies for our kids which, im sure they very much appreciated (good luck getting a thank you from them). We had 1 minor maintainance issue which, after discussion with the owners, we decided to resolve after our stay was complete. The area is very quiet (early Nov stay) and safe. Guarded, gated entry, large pool, a nice game room and gym. Our only discomfort came from traffic on the main road which seemed to stem from the mass exodus from the parks combined with long stop lights. If you avoid the area during peak traffic times (around and just after dinner), everything is fine. Either way, the location is very close to disney, as well as most major highways (I-4, 417, 429 and right off 192) which is very convenient. We would definitely come back to this location again and stay in this wonderful unit!

Sweet Stay for Disney visit

We were a family of six, ranging from 1-70, Disney vacationing, and the unit worked for all of us. It is reasonably close to Disney with everything you could need in the area from restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The property is gated, and the entry staffed well. This particular unit is the closest one to the pool complex which is convenient for that use although the ambient temperature was a bit cool for swimming. Our seven year old granddaughter and one year old grandson however convinced us we needed to do some swimming. The pool was nice and warm. The spray play and slide water area was freezing, but this is not a complaint as it was early February. It's just a notation for those who choose this time of year to come. The unit itself is on the second floor with a straight staircase directly to the unit and a couple of elevators for getting to this second floor unit with luggage or handicapped.The door is a push button combination lock so no keys to keep track of or lose. The unit was spotless and decorated really nicely in the Disney motif. All three bedrooms had plenty of room, and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a second one between the other two bedrooms. All three bedrooms are decorated in Disney things, but the Frozen room is so princess like that our seven year old granddaughter fell in love with it. The unit is stocked with tons of included accessories for a vacation. Truly a great choice of lodging!

Great Stay

Our stay here was really nice. The hosts communicated very well. Very close to the heated pool. Our girls loved the two bedrooms of Frozen and Mickey Mouse. They have two strollers that we used at Sea World which was very helpful. We saw a highchair and pack n play if you need one of those. The kitchen does have some children's plates and cups. We enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodations

Our granddaughters (6 and 8) loved this “hotel”! In fact, while we were at Disney, they couldn’t wait to get back to the pool! This particular unit is the perfect distance to the pool, clubhouse, and resort entrance. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries we made. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Property

Our family enjoyed everything about the property. The 3 bedroom condo was fresh and clean. Communication with the owners was fantastic as they were extremely responsive. The resort area is great with a huge pool, splash pad and water slide. The other amenities were equally great. Having a bar/grill and marketplace on site if perfect. Great neighborhood for walking and running. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Perfect Home Base for Disney

We loved everything about this condo. It was decorated to perfection, had 2 tvs, was clean and about 10-15 min to Disney. The host was very responsive but not overly. Our only complaint was that the waterslide was cold but the main pool was incredibly warm and kept us all occupied. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We are a young family of 5, and the love for our family is to infinity and beyond! We have two boys , ages 5 and 7, who are Avengers in training and a baby girl, age 3, who is a full-blown princess in our castle.

We really cherish and love the magic moments that are created on our family vacations, and we want to be able to serve other families and be a small contribution in creating these unforgettable memories for them. In our free time, we love hosting our family and friends as we believe love, relationship, and community is everything. Over the course of the last few years, we have hosted several families and friends sleepovers and have created some of the best memories that both adults and children will always cherish. Some memories include kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, and movie nights at our lake home as well as playing a variety of fun, compeittive games.

Hosting is our passion and drive, and owning our own vacation home has been a dream of ours. We're excited to provide an amazing space of relaxation, disconnection, love, creatitivy, mindfulness, and FUN to help families escape the daily grind. We are extremeley new in the vacation rental space, but we're really eager to learn, perfect our craft, and develop some amazing relationships so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all!
