La Villa Aguila est situé sur une colline avec une acre de terre. Ressourcez votre moi intérieur, tout en inspirant la fraîcheur des brises de l'océan Atlantique.

La Villa Aguila offre des vues imprenables sur l'océan panoramique, couchers de soleil et la nuit regard regardant fixement. On peut brancher sur la nature, écouter les coquis de Porto Rico et de livrer dans le moment présent.

Toutes les chambres donnent sur l'océan et la piscine. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains avec douche multi-jets. La deuxième chambre comprend également une salle de bains avec baignoire à jet.

Profitez d'un petit déjeuner ou un brunch sur la terrasse aérée avant d'aller à la plage ou tout simplement farniente dans les hamacs. La piscine privée comprend un belvédère et barbecue. Idéal pour déguster un repas après la plage avec votre famille et d'autres invités de la piscine, puis passer sur le balcon pour regarder le coucher de soleil sur la mer des Caraïbes.

La maison peut accueillir 12, il ya quatre chambres à coucher et un futon qui dort deux dans le salon en bas. L'étage inférieur peut être utilisé comme un appartement indépendant avec son propre coin cuisine et salon.

Villa near beaches and ocean.

The host is wonderful to work with and met all our needs. My favorite place in the house is the veranda. Cool ocean breeze, and the ocean is visible. Picture is taken from the veranda. The house is well maintained.

Lovely Stay at La Villa Aguilar!

We had a lovely stay at La Villa Aguilar! The house has a beautiful view and is in a great location in Camuy. We saw whales from the porch on multiple mornings! The house was a great home base for a large group wanting to go to beaches on the north coast and west coast of PR. Saribel was a lovely host and was very responsive to any needs that we had. We would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Puerto Rico.

Our family had the best experience at this property. Everything was beautifully decorated, comfortable, safe, and convenient. The views off the porch are breathtaking! We will be back!

Beautiful House / Amazing View / Great Host

My son jumped out of our rental as we drove up the gated driveway and he was so excited. It was a beautiful, clear blue sky day and the house looked amazing against the contrast of the 180 degree of ocean views. The patio are is an area we lived in. We ate there, launched there, and it was the go to spot once coffee was brewed. There's something about waking up to the ocean breeze with a nice cup of Joe. The pool and bbq area is another nice corner to spend time in. And the basement studio/apartment allows for multiple family and/or couples to spend time together while having some private time as well. It is also very safe. The house has a gate you can close before your head to bed in the evening, every door has deadbolt locks, and the house has an alarm system and cameras in key outside areas. The folks in the area are very nice and there are several Puerto Rican style bakeries, delis, and restaurants in the beach area just 5 mins down the road which serve breakfasts, pastries, and coffee and great dinner options in the beach front restaurant. I strongly recommend the juice/smoothie/acai shop near Ohana's restaurant. Btw, Ohana's was out go to dinner sport three times during our weeklong stay. You will not regret your stay at this beautiful home.

Very clean property with awesome balcony views all around the house

The host Saribel was a great friendly host. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. She responded to our inquiries very timely. Our flight into Puerto Rico was delayed one day so we did not get to the property until late night/early morning and Saribel kept in touch and checked in with us to make sure we arrived at the property safely. Overall we had a great experience with the house and the host and would definitely stay here again.

La casa es muy comoda, balcon con vista muy linda, muy fresco. Piscina pero no tiene calentador y agua muy fria. Tiene tres cuartos arriba con dos baños pero los baños estan dentro de los cuartos, osea que siempre hay que entrar al cuarto para usar el baño. El cuarto de abajo esta muy completo con cocina, baño y area de estar, entrada independiente. Cambiar el calentador del baño, no se ve seguro. Y los matreses deben cambiarlos, no son de buena calidad, todos, deben cambiarlos. Nuestra familia disfruto mucho del area donde esta ubicada esta casa, eramos 7 adultos y una niña.

Spectacular View and awesome property owner/manager

The communication between the property owner and managers was excellent even before we got there. The house and it's surroundings are spacious and very well kept. Overall it is a great place to go unwind and relax.

Vistas impresionantes

La vista de esta propiedad es simplemente espectacular. Nuestro grupo disfrutó muchísimo , las áreas son amplias y cómodas y la piscina es una delicia. Hay algunas áreas de oportunidad como los utencilios y equipos de la cocina, pero definitivamente repetiremos nuestra estadía en este lugar.

Not like the pictures!!

The pictures made it seem like it was a clean and updated property! The only nice thing about the property is the view of the beach. The washer and dryer, microwave and kitchen appliances were unusable! It had dirt buildup, rust and mildew all over it. The windows were bolted shut, and there were ants EVERYWHERE!!! Everything we touched had ants on it! The furniture was even different than the picture. There were giecos and roaches inside the house our first night! When I reached out to the host, she stated it was too late to refund me and insisted nothing was wrong with the furniture or appliances. My husband and I had to go the store to clean the house I order for us to stay bc we were not refunded. It’s false advertising and the cleanliness of the property was none existent. I TOOK PICTURES TOO! Just incase someone needs to see 6/21/21

SPECTACULAR view!!! Saribel, our hostess, always promptly responded to any of our communications. Any glitches, and there are always a few things of those when you travel, were immediately addressed. The house is PERFECT for our multigeneration family. We will be back!

Amazing & fun experience

I went with a group of 7 people & we had a blast. This house looked way better than I expected it to in person, the pool was so much fun it was about 3 feet- 5 feet, the rooms/kitchen were spacious & the Bathrooms need some work but they’re nice. Some things dont work in the house but understand that is due to the hurricane Puerto Rico experienced. They are working hard to fix it. The wrap around balcony was my favorite besides the pool area. The outside of the house all around was so nice, the view, the side of the house had like a little grass area with trees that looked cute. I just loved it. Saribel & Jimmy both had great communication & were very helpful. Jimmy even gave us a tour during checkin & it was like 2 in the morning ! We really appreciated that. The last thing I could say is just make sure u have a rental out there bc if u planning to go out & due activities their usually 30-2 hrs away. The beach only 5 mins though ! Thank u to the host of this house, my friends & I had the best time.

Great experience.

The view is beautiful. Property was clean and ready for use. The host was available to answer question and the owner did provided courtesy messages and phone call. Areas of opportunities, the master bathroom has a water leakage in the tub. There were two rats in the balcony area during the night. Pets control is required. Due to the area, I guess is somehow difficult to avoid. The TV remote control was not available and no information related to WIFI. Even when we asked, it was not available. We ended using our own devices. Overall great place to enjoy with the family and maintain social distance. Short drive to beautiful beaches in Camuy and other near cities. I will stay again.

Covid Wedding on the Beach

First, let me say the view from the property is gorgeous, and having a pool is certainly convenient. My fiancé and I had announced our wedding date prior to the pandemic and instead of canceling our wedding, we decided to have a private ceremony on the beach. My son and his fiancée traveled to Puerto Rico with us and the four of use were the extent of our wedding party. Back to the house, the house was sufficient for our needs, but definitely in need of some TLC. The pictures on line are not representative of the home's condition. As mentioned in a previous review, there are no TV's, but who cares we did not come to Puerto Rico to watch TV. It would have been nice to have some decent living room furniture. There was only one small sofa in the living room not the white leather furniture showed in the pictures. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen had fallen off the hinges, and the jetted tub in the master bath was not in working order nor was there a drain plug so you could fill up the tub. The pool was clean when we got there with the pump barely working. There were no lounge chairs to lay out on which was disappointing. We skimmed it daily; however, since we stayed a week a cleaning by a pool person would have been appreciated. Prior to our arrival, we had planned on my son and his fiancée to stay downstairs in the small apartment, but it was in need of a deep cleaning and some TLC (I don't feel like anyone would enjoying staying down there). As a result they stayed upstairs with us. I did report the jetted tub and pool pump to the owner, but did not hear back. I did not pursue it further. We stayed out on the front balcony, poolside, or down at the beach, so I did not worry about the short comings of the inside of the house. I wanted to enjoy my time in Puerto Rico not worry about little things. My son married us on the beach; it could not have been more perfect. If you are not picky about the details inside the house, the view makes up for the short comings and the beds we slept in were comfortable along with a adequate kitchen.

Nice place, great view.

This property has lots of space, beautiful ocean view and lots of breeze. Picutures however, are outdated. There no tv's in the rooms and surrounding areas could use a little care. But overal, good experience.

It was okay

The property's location is great. Spectacular view of the ocean. However, the house needs some upgrades. The refrigerator in the downstairs apartment was not working. The refrigerator in the main apartment is all rusted and was not cooling that well, it was leaking. The house does have pots and pans. However, the ceramic coating on many of the pots were chipping off. Certain breakers kept tripping and the power went out several times. Landscaping was not maintained. The house keeper was very helpful.

Love this house!

We loved the house! Very comfortable and spacious. Beach-front view is amazing. Elizabeth and Saribel were very kind. A 4 star rating is given since the house had no Wifi nor hot water at the time of our stay. Besides those issues which we were told would be addressed, I strongly recommend this house. Willing to rent it again on our next family vacation! You will not regret it!

Perfect summer getaway

If you're looking for a perfect getaway, serch no more. La villa aguila is a beautiful house with 5star views of beautiful camuy puerto rico. Super close to beautiful beaches and nnearby stores. This house is amazing for families or for an escape with your loved one. service was great and where available for anything we needed. 100% recomend this house and would surely stay again.

Diamond in the rough

If you are looking for a place in the middle of all the action and noise, then this home is not for you. The La Villa Aguila is located a few minutes drive off of the main road, but still conveniently located to anything you could possible need, or want to do during your stay. If you are looking for a place to kick back and decompress, the La Villa Aguila is the perfect fit. The ocean views from the veranda are the perfect place for sipping morning coffee, or having an evening cocktail. The hammock is the perfect place for laying back to watch the watch for the pink flamingo, or to just watch the grass grow and waves crash onto the beach. Keep an eye open for a random whale making its way along the coastline. Open the garage and take in a game of billiards, or step around the corner and take a dip in the pool. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the blender got plenty of use making frozen drinks during our stay. The only complaint I have is there is no ice maker in the home, so grab a bag of ice at one of the local stores while you are out. Should you have any questions, or need anything during your stay, Saribel and Mari are only a text/ phone call away. Any question I had was answered within minutes, via text. The property is well maintained, clean and private and if you want to do your own research on local activities or sites the home has excellent wireless internet service. Thanks again to Saribel for answering all my questions prior to my reservation and stay, Mari and Miguel for the suggestions and tips on where to find the best local facilities and activities. See you next year!

2014-2015 PUERT RICO

Family get away

We visited La Villa Aguila in September from London. Everything was fantastic, Saribel, the property manager, wzas very helpful when we made the booking as we were coming a long distance and had never been to Puerto Rico before. Mum and my sister spent the whole time by the pool, whilst we went out to the caves and the observatory with the kids. Great place to explore from. Make sure you get a car!

Starry starry nights

Had the pleasure to stay here for a week last summer. Had so much fun we've already booked for next year and we can't wait. The house was super comfortable. We spent every night on the veranda drinking wine watching the beautiful blue sky turn into a spectacular sunset and slowly turn into starry filled night. Perfect for comet watching too. Mornings we'd go down the hill to the local bakery for cafe con leche and fresh baked goods. Cross the street and your at the beach. We did take the time for rides down the coast to see other beaches and sites. Up into the mountains to the rain forest, just a fantastic place to visit. But truth be told we couldn't wait to get back to this home away from home. We felt like even if we never left our little piece of paradise on the side of the hill our trip would have been complete.

Paradise on Earth..

This is Paradise on earth ,the view was absolutely breathtaking the pictures are only half as good as the real thing. This was one of the best getaways I've had in a long time if not ever.First of all I liked that I was just few steps from the beach,the noise level was quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this slice of paradise to any family or couple.
