During Your Stay

Check-in: The apartment has an electronic lock with a code provided before arrival.

Registration details: You must submit the details of all guests before check-in to authorize entry.

Self check-in: Available at any time, with no staff required.

Building Registration: At check-in, it is mandatory to make a payment at the building’s reception of COP 12,000 per person for registration and the issuance of a wristband valid for the entire stay. This wristband is required to access the building’s common areas. (SOHO does not intervene in this charge.) This fee may vary annually according to decisions made at the building’s general assembly.
