THINGS TO KNOW
In-unit perks include complimentary WiFi. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available on-site. The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
