This home sits just a mile outside of downtown Lakeport on 2 acres of land with no immediate neighbors but easy access off the main road. Many new renovations including all new vinyl tile flooring, 12” gel mattresses and beds, fixtures, appliances, interior and exterior paint, lighting, and landscaping. Many MCM decorative original items including a Magnavox radio / record console.

Pets welcome (with prior approval) and will enjoy our fully fenced 1/4 acre play yard and dog houses. Must be crated and attended to indoors at all times. May be left outside unattended in fully fenced areas with dog shelter housing. Please no pets on the furniture and no indoor grooming. Some supplies available including crates and beds upon request.
