If i could gove 0 stars, i would. 1 star is far too generous. I should have known it was going to be bad when the office called me after our 4pm check-in time to let me know that someone from their office had to drop by the house, but didnt say why. Luckily we hadnt gotten to the house yet. They had plenty of time to prepare the house between the time we booked it & check-in. The gas grill was covered in mold. When i reached out to the rental company about it, they never responded. The so called "heated pool with attached jacuzzi" were apparently heated by solar power, which didnt go above 65°. I only learned this from the pool maintenance man when he dropped by. He explained that the solar power heaters wont go much higher than 70° (not much of a jacuzzi). There were no instructions, written or on the portal, explaining how to turn on the pool/jacuzzi jets. We couldn't use 1 of the sliding glass door due to a broken lock. I was super excited about the beautiful spa tub with jacuzzi jets. When i filled the tub & turned on the jets to let the water run through the lines, i was disgusted to see how much mildew, dirt, & god knows what else came out. I was nervous to use the stand-up shower after that. On our last day, they turned off the wifi at 3am when check out was not till 10am so we were unable to watch the wifi only TVs for our last 7 hrs. Lastly, as we were keaving, the cleaning lady (I assume) showed up & expected us to let her in. I am happy to share pics upon request.
