Excited to hosting you soon! Wanted to make sure you are aware of the following details regarding extra charges and access as you prepare for your vacation getaway with us:

Access:
- Guests are not allowed to touch or anything in the garage other than laundry items
- Garage is used as storage

The maximum number of people allowed at the home is 16 people

Guests must read the instructions listed in our photos to properly & safely rotate the pool/air-hockey table before use

Check-in/out:
- Check-in is anytime after 4pm
- With a listing Host approved early check-in, the applicable following charge applies:
1) An early check-in after 12:30pm is $100
2) An early check-in before 12pm is $200
- An unauthorized late check-out will result in a $150 fee

Precaution:
- PLEASE NO SMOKING OR VAPING of cigarettes, cigars or marijuana inside the house or outside in common areas per city law. Extra cleaning fees of $350 will be charged to the security deposit if the house is left with smoke smell
- Sharp kitchen appliances should be not be made accessible to children
- There are high hanging bags mosquito repellent - using citronella in the backyard seating area
