Tucked among the tall pines near the North end of Sunriver, this spacious home blends Southwest charm with the natural beauty of Central Oregon. Perfect for families and groups, this large retreat offers plenty of room to relax, gather, and play.
Upstairs, youâll find a generous primary suite with an attached bathroom, along with an additional king bedroom. Downstairs includes a large bunk room with a trundle bed, a cozy queen bedroom, and another private suite with its own bathâideal for multi-family stays or guests wanting a little extra privacy.
The home features two welcoming living spaces: a bright, open living room and a comfortable family room perfect for reading, playing games, or simply enjoying each otherâs company. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance after a long day of skiing or exploring. Only four years ago, the home received new mattresses and furniture as well as a brand-new appliance package. This house includes 10 SHARC passes valid through 2026.
The spacious kitchen opens into a large dining area, perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or a lively game of cards. Step outside to the expansive decks, where you can fire up the grill, soak in the private hot tub, or enjoy the beautiful colors after a Central Oregon sunset.
Located on a large corner lot with bike trails right out the front door, this home makes it easy to enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer. The garage has been transformed into a fun game space with a ping pong and foosball tableâideal for hours of laughter and friendly competition.
