The Space:

Newly renovated and new to rental program! Located in the prestigious River Club neighborhood, this newly renovated, stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront home offers grand architecture, generous living spaces, and breathtaking water views stretching across the rear of the property.



A dramatic double staircase welcomes you into the home, where sweeping ocean views immediately set the tone. Straight ahead, the spacious living room is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a luxurious wraparound sofa, wet bar, custom built-in cabinetry, and expansive sliding glass doors that open to a large deck spanning the entire back of the home.



To the right of the entrance, the formal dining room comfortably seats eight and flows into a nearby hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Adjacent is a guest bedroom outfitted with double sets of twin bunks, perfect for kids or additional guests. At the rear of this wing is the first primary bedroom, offering a king bed, en suite bath with tub/shower combo, and direct access to the back deck and ocean views.



Between the dining room and living room sits the spacious kitchen, beautifully appointed with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a blue tile backsplash. A cozy four-seat breakfast table and deck access complete this bright and functional space.



Just beyond the living room is the second primary suite, also featuring a king bed and direct deck access. The spa-like en suite bathroom is exceptionally large and includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and mirrored closets.



The garage level offers even more space, including a fun bonus room (not temperature-controlled) with a sofa, TV, and a twin bunk bed, ideal for lounging on laid-back vacation days. The laundry room is also on this level and includes full-size appliances, a sink, and a folding area. The two-car garage provides ample room for vehicles, beach gear, and bikes.



Outside, the property continues to impress with a separate ground-level deck in the backyard, offering additional seating and a peaceful spot to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
