The Space:

Open-Concept Living Area & Balcony: Step into a sunlit, open-plan living and dining area with panoramic ocean views in every direction​. Contemporary furnishings in neutral tones with bold teal accents create a soothing coastal elegance. A plush sectional sofa and chic armchairs face a large smart TV (with cable/Netflix), but the real entertainment is the turquoise sea just beyond. Through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, an expansive private balcony overlooks the water – complete with a dining table, loungers, and even a hammock for lazy afternoons.



Kitchen & Dining: The sleek modern kitchen is fully outfitted for gourmets and entertainers alike. It features high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with leather barstools – perfect for casual breakfasts or evening wine tastings​. Pendant lighting and an open layout make it a pleasure to cook and socialize at the same time. We’ve stocked the kitchen with quality cookware, dishware, a coffee maker, blender, and more, so you’ll have everything needed to prepare meals. Adjacent, a stylish indoor dining table seats six with a breathtaking ocean backdrop. (For an alfresco dining experience, take your meals to the balcony’s outdoor table and dine to the sound of the surf under the stars.) Just off the living area, you’ll also find a dedicated workspace/desk – ideal if you need to check in at the office, all while gazing at the sea.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This condo offers three tranquil bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite spa-like bathroom​. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds with hotel-quality linens for a blissful night’s sleep. The master suite opens directly to the oceanfront balcony, so you can wake up to sparkling sea views and step outside for a breath of morning ocean air. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a dual-sink vanity, backlit mirrors, and an oversized glass shower. The second king bedroom is equally inviting, with an en-suite bathroom (shower). The third bedroom offers two twin beds – perfect for children or friends traveling together – along with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are appointed with blackout drapes and ample closet space. Plush bath towels, toiletries, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. With central air conditioning and top-tier sound insulation throughout, every room remains cool, quiet, and private​, ensuring ultimate tranquility for all guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the condo during their stay, as well as use of all Sunset Point luxury amenities:



Resort-Style Pool & Hot Tub: Take a dip in the ocean-view swimming pool or unwind in the large hot tub​. The pool deck offers cushioned loungers and umbrellas amid tropical landscaping – perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun.



Oceanfront Terrace & Snorkeling: A short stroll from your door brings you to the water’s edge for direct snorkeling and shore diving access​. The complex sits right above the crystal-clear sea, so you can easily slip into the water and explore the vibrant reef teeming with marine life. (Bring your snorkel gear along for an amazing underwater experience!)



Fitness Center & Tennis: Maintain your workout routine in the on-site state-of-the-art gym, equipped with cardio machines and weights​

The Neighborhood:

West Bay, Grand Cayman: Sunset Point is nestled on North West Point Road in West Bay, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. This area is known as Grand Cayman’s diving and snorkeling mecca – with world-class sites right offshore – yet it’s only a short drive from the famous Seven Mile Beach and George Town’s amenities​.



Step next door to Macabuca & Cracked Conch, a popular oceanfront tiki bar and restaurant perched above a top dive site (Turtle Reef). Enjoy an island cocktail or fresh seafood while watching divers and maybe even catch a trivia night or live music. Just across the street is the Cayman Motor Museum (a fun stop for car enthusiasts) and the Cayman Turtle Centre, where you can encounter sea turtles and wildlife (great for families)​.



Other Things to Note:

Housekeeping: The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, an interim cleaning can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee). We provide starter supplies (paper goods, soaps, etc.) and premium linens. A full laundry room with washer and dryer is in-unit for your use.



Safety: For your peace of mind, Sunset Point is a gated property with security cameras in common areas. The unit has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. The shoreline here is ironshore (rocky), so exercise caution when entering the water – we recommend water shoes and snorkeling with a buddy. There is ladder access to the sea via the dive site next door.



No Smoking/Pets: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo (you may do so in outdoor areas with doors closed). Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term guests.
