The kitchen is stocked for guests who actually want to cook.

You’ll have stainless cookware, baking pans, utensils, blender, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, Keurig with K-cups, drip coffee, and plenty of serving pieces for group meals. There is seating for approximately 16 guests between the formal dining room, breakfast nook, and kitchen bar. Perfect for family breakfasts, holiday dinners, birthday celebrations, and late-night snacks after everyone else has gone to bed.

EVENTS + CELEBRATIONS

The Candler Clubhouse can accommodate select weddings, reunions, celebrations, and gatherings with attendance above the standard overnight guest count. Overnight occupancy remains limited to 21 guests. Events require prior approval and may include an additional event fee, event agreement, and insurance requirements. Please reach out before booking if you are planning an event so we can confirm whether the property is a good fit.

LOCATION + TRANSPORTATION
The Candler Clubhouse is conveniently located in Candler, North Carolina, just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.
For guests who prefer not to drive, KE Luxe Properties can help coordinate local transportation for airport transfers, downtown outings, and larger groups. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

• Cell Service: Coverage can become spotty as you get closer to the mountains, so we recommend loading directions before your drive
