Welcome to this spacious and thoughtfully designed 6-bedroom home, perfect for large families, group trips, and memorable reunions.

The main floor offers excellent functionality and comfort, featuring a private king-sized bedroom with a full bathroom just steps away—ideal for guests who prefer easy access without stairs. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a separate family room, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, or spread out.

The second floor includes four generously sized bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds, along with three full bathrooms—making it easy for larger groups to enjoy both comfort and privacy.

Downstairs, the finished basement adds even more entertainment and sleeping space. It features a game/play room with a pool table and fireplace, plus an additional bedroom with three twin bunk beds and a full bathroom—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard, offering brand new hot tub to relax and unwind. The private swimming pool is a highlight during warmer months (please note: the pool is CLOSED DURING WINTER).

Located in a very quiet yet convenient neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to shopping, dining, and major routes. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Beautiful home, perfect for our large family gathering. Great location, about 20 from Ohio State University. Excellent host, who was very helpful and responded very quickly to all communication. Thank you for hosting our family.

This stay was amazing for my group of friends. The place is big, beautiful, and has plenty of amenities. It is well stocked. Our host was amazing and had excellent communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of TV areas to watch the Brewers beat the Dodgers! The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cooking utensils. We came from all over the country. The airport was convenient to the house. The host, Sherry, was also very helpful and quick to respond to us.

We had a family reunion at this property. It was a great house to hold our get together. 9 relatives staying at house and 4 more relatives visiting. Host was very prompt to respond to a couple questions we had. It was a great weekend.

This house provided great space for 7 girlfriends on a summer trip. Spacious bedrooms and living space. The outside patio and pool was great, especially since it was 90 degrees. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again. We also enjoyed the cardinals who came to visit in the backyard!!

We stayed at this house during a lacrosse tournament at Ohio State. The owners were excellent with communication and the lay out of the house was perfect with multiple families. The house had all the essentials you could need and the back yard was the amazing! It was 100 degrees during our stay however the pool was perfect for everyone to cool off in. There was an issue with the hot tub however the owner immediately fixed it and communication was great. We plan to revisit this tournament next year and would stay at this place again and would recommend.The location was close to all restaurants and amenities. Really cannot say enough good things. So happy with our visit.

Perfect for our group! This was a perfect house for all of us adults. We had a mix of singles and couples for a tournament at Lou Berliner and this was perfect! A quick 20-25 minute drive, the hot tub was awesome after long days at the field, and there was enough beds and space for everyone!

Overall, we had a great experience. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. There were a few minor issues, but they were addressed quickly—someone was sent out within an hour of us reaching out, which we really appreciated.The home was generally clean, though one of the beds appeared not to have had the linens changed, as there were crumbs present. The freezer was also quite full from previous guests, leaving limited space for our items. Additionally, there were quite a few personal belongings in the home, which made it a bit difficult to locate certain items like the ceiling fan remote and the 8 ball for the pool table, which seemed to be missing.Despite these small inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s prompt communication and effort to resolve concerns!

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in backyard perfect for our fur babies. Lined with woods the backyard provides privacy and serenity with lots of room to spread out or visit. The king beds were soft and all six of us older adults slept well. The modern furnishings provided plenty of options for seating inside, we could gather or spread out and relax. It was lovely. We booked this house for the accommodations but specifically for the pool. We could not use it; the water was low causing the filters to clog and the water to turn green and cloudy. Communication was challenging with the host from start to finish, but we did receive a refund for not being able to enjoy the beautiful pool. Someone came by and took the garbage cart down to the street Saturday or early Sunday making it inconvenient to take out the garbage during our stay, not sure why this was done to us. We booked through Monday and had to clean out the fridge and garbage cans in all baths and beds before leaving, the cart was still full at the curb when we left. A broom and dustpan would have been nice for us to clean up the grass clippings, dirt and hair six people and two dogs track in, we did vacuum but a broom and dustpan on each floor would be handy. I'm not sure we will stay again, but we were comfortable and did enjoy the spacious home in spite of our challenges.

The house was as described in the listing and photos on VRBO. We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and 4 children (7 and under) to sleep, eat, and move about and play. The house had very nice comfortable bedding and towels. The scent diffusers in the rooms were a nice touch.The main issue we had during our stay, and the reason for the rating, was the oven was broken and we were not informed before our stay. We had 3 families coming from 3 different locations and all brought food to prepare in the house over the weekend that required an oven.There was an air fryer which we used to make small batches of food and the owner was kind to order take out pizzas for the take and bake pies we brought for the first night’s dinner. We unfortunately had to go shopping the morning of the second day to buy additional food for the weekend that we could cook on the range top, air fryer, or microwave.Communications with the owner’s was good with prompt responses. Knowing about the oven ahead of time we could have made different plans.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The house is spacious with large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The basement bunk beds worked well for our kids and their cousins. The backyard was great - it features the pool, hot tub, a grill, patio furniture and a grassy space. The host was quick to respond and was prompt with communication. The location worked well for us in a nice residential area. It is not far from restaurants, shopping and access to the highway. The property was a great choice for our family trip to the Columbus area and we would recommend it for those traveling with a small or medium-sized group, especially those with kids.

First time in the area to attend High School bowling Nationals. The house was like pictures in listing and in a private housing division. New appliances in kitchen and grill, new beds (on the hard side for our personal preference), clean, and beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and tree line view. Kids loved playing pool and having their area downstairs. The host was quick to respond to questions and needs we had. Even put in delivery for a couple items needed for kitchen to make food preparation for our large group easier. We could see that hosts have been working on updates. And we had visitors when we returned from a morning match…Mama duck and babies in pool.
