With generous outdoor space and secure privacy, this home is also well-suited for traveling with dogs, offering room to relax and enjoy the desert lifestyle together.

Location
Located in the highly sought-after Canyon Palms neighborhood of South Palm Springs, this home is just minutes from world-class golf, hiking trails, upscale dining, and Smoketree Village—offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog-Friendly Stay (up to 1 dog/stay)
One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval. For the comfort of all guests and to protect the home, puppies under one (1) year of age are not permitted. Dogs must be house-trained and not left unattended in the home or yard.
There is a $89/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
