We’re just minutes from the main entrance. Massanutten Resort is open to everyone and amenities are pay-as-you-go—no mandatory resort fee is included in your stay. Buy day passes/tickets only if you want (WaterPark, Fitness & Rec Center, golf, etc.), which is standard for most private homes in the area. Free perks include hiking trails and the mountaintop overlook. Note: the Summer community pool is only for MPOA/HOA-linked homes (not this property), but the resort WaterPark is easily accessible with day passes.

Other Things to Note (please read)

- Smoke-free property (no smoking or vaping), no exceptions
- Respecting wildlife: enjoy the animals—no hunting permitted
- Property Etiquette (important): You’re welcome to enjoy the scenic views across the 48-acre property, but please stay on the main road and do not enter wooded areas.
