It’s the rare kind of place that feels miles away from everything—quiet woods, wildlife, starry skies—while still being minutes from Massanutten Resort. You’ll feel like you’re in your own world

Spread across 5100 Sq Feet, 4 levels with 7 bedrooms and 4 ensuite suites, the home is built for memorable getaways: a dedicated entertainment level with theater, poker room, full wet bar, pool table (also ping-pong), shuffleboard, and multiple lounge zones—plus a backyard experience that keeps going with a three large porches, covered hot tub, sauna, fire pit, grill, and huge fenced play yard surrounded by forest.

The designer primary suite feels boutique-lodge level: King + Twin, a gorgeous ensuite bath, and massive glass doors opening to a private patio. In winter, you can catch glimpses of Massanutten ski slopes from inside the room and its porch.

Then comes the fun: a dedicated hangout zone where the night starts with “one game” and ends with “how is it already midnight?” This level was designed to keep the night alive. A tucked-away poker room with a serious-player vibe doubles as your own mini casino—think blackjack, roulette, and more. An immersive theater with a popcorn machine sets the scene for movie nights where families can peel off for a movie and meet back up when the credits roll. We’re just minutes from the main entrance. Massanutten Resort is open to everyone and amenities are pay-as-you-go—no mandatory resort fee is included in your stay. Buy day passes/tickets only if you want (WaterPark, Fitness & Rec Center, golf, etc.), which is standard for most private homes in the area. Free perks include hiking trails and the mountaintop overlook. Note: the Summer community pool is only for MPOA/HOA-linked homes (not this property), but the resort WaterPark is easily accessible with day passes.

- Smoke-free property (no smoking or vaping), no exceptions
- Respecting wildlife: enjoy the animals—no hunting permitted
