Hi, I’m 37 years old, self-employed, and originally from Germany. I love to travel and truly enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Family is very important to me—I have one daughter who means the world to me—and I’m passionate about the work I do.

As a host, I genuinely care about my guests and want them to feel comfortable and welcome. I’m always available and will do everything possible to quickly solve any issues and make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Our neighborhood and the downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short bike ride away.

Boaters, Caloosa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.

The house is also only a few minutes from the bridge that connects to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

NEW spacious residence features four bedrooms, including a master suite with an attached bathroom. Equipped with two king-size beds, two twin beds, and two queen-size beds, accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements. The property also offers a garage as a game room, a dedicated laundry area, two separate dining rooms, and two cozy living or reading areas, making it ideal for family living or entertaining guests in a comfortable and versatile setting. This beautiful home is central, close to restaurants and stores and is less than a 2-minute drive to Cape Harbour. It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and city beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 10-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have a brand-new gaming area included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay! The garage has its own AC and TV!

Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite on the right side of the home, and the other 3 rooms are on the left side of the home. The master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and a walk-in closet. The King-size bed offers a pool view. Please note that the firepit is inoperable and is only a table to set down your drinks at this point.

Two guest room have queen beds, and the other room has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing. The master, twin room, garage, and the living room all have TVs. The guest area has one bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink and connects to the pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need during your stay.

The laundry area has a full-size top-load washer and front-load dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.

The backyard is fully fenced in and invites you to a private outdoor dining experience with or without your small dog, or just a relaxed pool day.
