This cabin is 2 bed, 2 bath, sleeps 6 but will accommodate 8 when using sleeper sofa.

Whether you're here for family fun or couples escape, you'll love this cozy cabin in a gated neighborhood, indoor community heated pool (closed from January 7th until early March), private hot tub.

Plenty of outdoor seating on the back deck - the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy meals on outdoor table surrounded by the smoky mountain air.
The space
Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, arcade games, board games, curved flat-screen TV, and warm fireplace during wintertime.

Family-friendly amenities like a pack and play, stroller and highchair are provided to make your stay easier.

This is a newly purchased cabin, and we're excited to share our new home with you! We're still working on a few updates including adding a grill and refreshing the listing with better photos.

In the meantime, everything else is ready for you to enjoy, and we're committed to making your stay comfortable and memorable. We think you will love your stay here at the Bearfoot Bluff!

Guests have full access to the entire cabin during their stay.

Keyless door entry provided. No need to worry about keys, you'll receive a door code that is unique to your stay and changes after each guest.

Parking available directly in front of cabin. Space for two vehicles.

Out of respect or our home, please do not remove or take items from the cabin. We've stocked it with everything you need to enjoy your stay, and we ask that you leave it just as your found it for future guest.

This cabin is truly our home away from home, and we're delighted to share it with you when we're away. We kindly ask that you care for the property as you would your own home, so every guest can enjoy the same comfort and hospitality.

No dogs or pets of any kind allowed, including emotional support or anxiety license dogs (ESAs).
Failure to adhere to this will result in guests being charged $400 and an additional $100 cleaning fee.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside the cabin.

No parties or events. This is a family-friendly retreat. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect the community.

No local resident bookings allowed. This cabin is reserved for travelers and vacations stays. No parties allowed.

Respect wildlife: There are bears, snakes, insects, and other wildlife in the area. Please never feed animals.

**Please do not leave food of any kind in vehicles. Keep vehicle doors locked. Bears can get inside vehicles if food items are left.

Fully equipped kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and (Keurig) style. Starter coffee and pods provided. Bring extras to suit your tastes.

Starter supplies included:
soap, toilet paper, 1 paper towel, small size dish liquid, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 4 trash bags. Please bring more depending on your group size and length of stay.

Trash must be placed in bear-proof bins and secured. Mid-stay trash pickup available for $50, or guests may use the local convenience center at 447 Tiger Dr., Pigeon Forge.

Appliances may occasionally stop working. This is normal for any home. While refunds cannot be issued for outages, we are committed to resolving issues quicky. Please notify the owner right away if anything is not working.

Weather and road conditions: No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or road access challenges. Please note that this cabin in located in mountain area, where weather can be unpredictable and some roads/neighborhoods may be hilly or have inclines. Guests are responsible for ensuring safe travel to and from the property.

Excessive trash or stained linens may result in additional cleaning fees.

Lost items: Cleaners can attempt retrieval and shipping for $50 per item plus shipping costs. Firearms cannot be handled and will be turned over to police if left behind.

For your safety and the security of our property, there is one outdoor camera located at the front of the cabin. It provides a view of the driveway and front door only.
