Broadmoor 901: 3 BR / 3 BA condo Ă  Orange Beach, pour 8 personnes

Belle unitĂ© de coin de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain situĂ©e directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette unitĂ© dispose d'une suite principale avec un lit King, coin salon, accĂšs au balcon et salle de bain principale avec grande douche Ă  l'italienne carrelĂ©e. Il y a un lit Queen dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et il y a 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisiĂšme chambre. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain privĂ©e et une vue orientĂ©e au nord sur la baie et la riviĂšre. Profitez des vues orientales de la plage depuis plusieurs fenĂȘtres dans le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine. L'unitĂ© dispose Ă©galement d'un wet-bar avec machine Ă  glaçons, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur, WiFi gratuit et canapĂ©-lit queen-size.

One of the best condos we have ever stayed in !!

Perfect location - great layout of condo - very clean- short walk to beach ! Loved the kitchen - had everything we needed ! Would stay in this one again !! Had great seafood every night ! Can’t wait till next year!

Friend trip

The condo was great, clean and perfect for our 3 couples. Location was great as well! Only complaint was rented a 3 bedroom condo and could only park 1 vehicle without an extra cost. If this rule was in the VRBo listing I did not see it, if this changed after my booking I should have been notified

Combined family vacation!

We had a combined family/friend vacation for a week and this condo was perfect! 3 bedroom 3 bath with large family room. Not a super populated condominium so there was no elevator traffic. We stay in orange beach every year and this was one of the best experiences! There is construction going on next door for some beach houses so the beach was not over populated in that space. It was amazing. Only thing I would change is to put a deadbolt lock on the front door because my toddler mastered opening the front door easily and there was no way to lock from the inside. Just the outdoor PIN code.

My family's August '22 Vacation

Great room, loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Loved the little nook in the kitchen for the extra table with views on three sides. Good sized pool. Good hot tub. Only dissappointment was the construction going on. Having to keep moving the chairs back and forth was frustrating. Would stay there again.

Over all it was good

Had a nice time, room was very spacious with amazing view, room did need a few small repairs but nothing major. The construction was a bit of a pain. Wish we could have used the balcony. Over all I would stay again as long as there was no construction.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental itself was in a great location and beautifully decorated. Very clean and in good shape. The building is undergoing maintenance -- jack hammer and grinding type maintenance daily, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. The noise was so loud you could not hear the television at a normal volume in the unit. Noise carried to beach as well. Liquid Life did not adequately describe the gravity of the construction and did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. They referred to the Terms & Conditions frequently where they are basically not responsible for anything. I would recommend the Broadmoor 901, but not Liquid Life.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waking up to concrete grinding on our balcony was great. Having the email two weeks prior to arrival that pool was closed was great. Having a broken, inoperable toilet the entire week was great. LL staff was no help at all.

Dont stay until construction is finished!

I was not informed that work would be going in during my stay. Workmen outside the sliding glass doors and construction through out the complex. Alot of noise. Was not a relaxing vacation.

Memorial Day weekend

Was super excited about this Memorial Weekend with my family
a few things were completely disappointing for this stay. First, booking online said it included a pool and they did not inform us until after we paid for the condo. The construction at the condo was awful, every morning we were woken up at 8am or sooner and this was suppose to be vacation time where we could sleep in but that wasn’t the case. We even talked to the some of the other tenets about their stay and they were compensated for the lack of truth in what was stated for booking the condo. Don’t get me wrong the condo was perfect and everything we could dream of just wish we knew of all of the construction and no pool before we booked this condo.

Lovely condo

Condo 901 was just lovely. I knew about the construction, but it would have been nice if housekeeping would have swept the balcony. After sweeping, we enjoyed sitting there and watching the waves. I would love to go back

Don’t let the exterior fool you

I was sweating it when we pulled into the property and I saw that it was wrapped in plastic in some areas and there was a construction dumpster in the parking lot. However we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check into our condo. It was spacious with breathtaking views. We loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and the space was as pictured on VRBO. We were a bit annoyed at the Check In process as we were not able to check in until 4:30 when Check In begins at 3pm but it is what it is. As nice as our condo was, the rest of the property needs some serious TLC (which may be the reason for the plastic?). The tennis courts were closed, one of the elevators was not working, and the parking garage was way too small for a building this large. The beach was lovely and not crowded at all.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful the first day until 8:00 on Monday when the jack hammers started pounding! The whole building felt like it was coming down. The noise was so loud you couldn’t even talk with each other. After an hour we had headaches so we went for a walk. TV didn’t work so I had called for repairs. They came while we were gone for a walk and didn’t repair it but left us a note that they were there. I called the Liquid Life office and they ask me to fill out a form. I did then after calling they said they didn’t know what they could do. So we went down to the office. After talking with them they transferred us to Phoenix west 2. Very nice but banging starts at 8:00 for a few hours every morning also! Second place much nicer!
