We’re excited to host you! The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. You’ll enjoy a private balcony, as well as an open corner layout with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the unit with natural light and offer stunning views overlooking the pool and outdoor lounge area. For entertainment, the living room has an 85-inch TV—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

🏡 House Policies & Fees

At Linkable Rentals, we care deeply about providing a comfortable, high-quality stay while maintaining our property for future guests. To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please review our policies below before booking.


👥 Extra Guests

Our listings are priced for the number of guests included in your reservation.
Each additional guest beyond the base occupancy will incur a $85 per person per night charge.


🐾 Pet Fee (No Pet Allowed)

We love furry friends, but we do not allow pets at our property. Guests who invite other guests cannot bring pets to the property.
A $130 per stay pet fee applies for additional cleaning and maintenance.


⏰ Late Checkout Fee

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
Unapproved late departures may result in a $75 late checkout fee to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the space for the next guest.

If a late checkout was approved by the host, and the guest remains in the property beyond the agreed time, a fee equal to one full night’s rate will be charged.


🚭 No Smoking Policy

We are a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking of any kind inside the unit will result in a $400-$750 deep-cleaning fee to remove odors and residues.


🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee

If the apartment is left in a condition that requires more than standard cleaning, an excessive cleaning fee (up to $2000) may apply.


SMOKE & NOISE MONITOR RULE

A safety smoke and noise monitor is installed in the apartment. This device must remain plugged in and untouched at all times. If the monitor is unplugged, removed, or tampered with in any way, Linkable Rentals will be immediately notified.

A **$750 fine will be charged—no exceptions.**


🎉 No Parties or Events

To maintain a peaceful environment for our residents and neighbors, parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
Violations may result in a $800 fine and immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Guests will be asked to immediately leave the property or be escorted out by Atlanta Police Officers.
