*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. An additional fee will be charged if the smell of marijuana or cigarette is detected.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway, and one on each corner of the house. All are actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously
