Nestled atop a wooded dune with stunning views of Lake Michigan, this home offers a front-row seat to the ever-changing beauty of the lake—its moods, seasons, and breathtaking sunsets. The property exudes a sense of tranquility, surrounded by nature's beauty. Inside, you'll find a mix of rich wood tones and large windows, creating the feeling of being in the woods, with the lake just beyond. The main level boasts an open layout, easy access to the large lakeside deck, a full bathroom with shower, as well as two bedrooms, each with access to the deck. The second floor features the 3rd bedroom with a private balcony, a full bathroom with shower, and a loft with a twin bed and queen sofa sleeper.

The Duna Vista association provides access to 200 feet of pristine Lake Michigan beach—a short 5-minute walk—along with a heated saltwater pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball. The association requires 2 rental documents signed and submitted prior to check in and will be emailed for e-signature.

- Stairs required(front) or ramp(back) for access to the home.
- Fully stocked kitchen. All towels/linens provided.
- Beach chairs available. *Please bring your own beach towels.
- Wifi, smart TV, DVD player, games.
- Deck equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture as well as a propane fire table set.
- The property has a whole house fan. The house usually stays cool all summer due to shade and lakeside breeze but portable air conditioning units are available on request.
- The property is PET-FREE.

Note: The indoor fireplace is not available due to insurance reasons.

For the saftey and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and recording 24/7. Cameras are located outside the home and monitor the front entrance, driveway, and parking areas. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

No smoking.
To provide a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including but not limited to:

Cigarettes
Cigars
Pipes
Electronic cigarettes (vapes)
Marijuana or cannabis products
Any other substance that produces smoke or vapor

If evidence of smoking or vaping is found inside the home, including smoke odors, ash, cigarette butts, burns, or residue, guests will be responsible for:

A minimum $300 smoking remediation fee to cover deep cleaning, odor removal, and lost revenue if additional cleaning delays future reservations.
Any additional costs for repairing or replacing damaged furnishings, linens, carpets, or other property if the remediation fee does not cover the actual damages.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and any visitors comply with this policy.
