Highlights include five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, TVs in every bedroom, a private dry sauna, and multiple entertainment spaces throughout the home. Guests can enjoy an 8-player poker table, bumper pool, premium dart board, and a classic NBA Jam arcade machine. The dining table seats eight comfortably and extends to accommodate up to ten guests. The private third-floor primary suite includes an office area, creating a peaceful retreat. Anyone new to bumper pool, it's is a fun, fast-paced twist on classic pool where players aim to sink their balls into a single goal while navigating around obstacles on the table. It’s easy to learn, competitive, and perfect for a quick game with friends or family. Great for all skill levels—no experience needed!The dining table seats eight comfortably and extends to accommodate up to ten guests.



The main level is designed for gathering and entertaining. Near the entry, the game area invites friendly competition, while the living room provides ample seating, a large TV, and a fun nostalgic touch. The dining area sits just off the living space, making it perfect for shared meals, celebrations, or hosting friends. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.



The second floor features four comfortable bedrooms, three with queen beds and one with a full bed. Each room includes its own TV, and a full bathroom serves this floor.



The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, complete with a king bed, sitting area, office setup, and private en-suite bathroom.



The garage has been transformed into a recovery space with a dry sauna, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Parties or large gatherings

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

This property is equipped with a propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
