This mountain-style cabin is especially suited for couples or small families.
Tucked away in the beautiful mountains in Moonridge this home is close to skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, and everything Big Bear has to offer. With an open and spacious living room featuring a large wood vaulted ceiling, spectacular mountain and ski slope views, mountain-style dĂ©cor, and lots of custom woodwork you'll be in for quite a treat. The living area is open and welcoming with a great wood-burning fireplace. The living room is open to the dining and kitchen area and is the perfect setting for either family-style meals, seating up to 8, or for a cozy get-together. Let the sunshine warm you through two sets of glass sliding doors, relax in the cozy seating, and enjoy panoramic views of the ski slopes, sunset, and mountains. Grab a pair of binoculars and enjoy a close-up view of the skiers and snowboarders on the slopes! And for children or adults looking for sledding the sloping yard is great for that too. After a day on the slopes or at the lake, this mountain cabin is ready to keep you entertained, with a large flat-screen TV with roku in the living room, flat panel TVs in each bedroom with Wii, X-Box, and Playstation, thereâs something for everyone to do! With beautiful woodwork, each primary suite is very welcoming. The first bedroom offers a King bed, and has its own flat-panel TV and a private bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, its own flat-panel TV, and a private bathroom. You'll find the sofa in the living room is a Queen sleeper with access to the third full bathroom, so you can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Location, Location, Location!
This mountain cabin is ideally located, less than 5 minutes from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Big Bear Zoo, Big Bear Golf Course, and many trails for hiking. Itâs less than 10 minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort (including the sky chair in Spring, Summer, and Fall) and our shopping centers for all your shopping needs. In about 10 minutes you will be at Big Bear Lake, Big Bear Village, Big Bear City for antique shopping, and both of our snow-play places.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Special Information Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. â 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
