As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting open living space - ideal for gathering and entertaining.



The living area offers plush furnishing, wood-beamed vaulted ceilings, a stately gas rock wall fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services – the perfect setting for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Still, have energy to burn? Challenge your friends or loved ones to a friendly (or competitive) game of air hockey!



Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze with the fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 8. During warmer months, fire up the BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco on the front patio. In the fall, sip on a hot apple cider or a pumpkin spice latte as you admire the changing leaves, and in winter, enjoy après ski cocktails gathered around the fire pit in the backyard.



When it is time to turn in for the night, guests have their choice of 2 comfortable main bedrooms, plus an additional sleeping area.



Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a large crib and a flatscreen TV with streaming services.



Bedroom 2 is the primary with a large king bed, a crib, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a work desk – perfect for sending a few emails before hitting the slopes. The attached bathroom has a shower over the tub and his and her sinks.



The additional sleeping area is outside of the kitchen and has 2 twin beds, and a twin over-twin bunk bed with a flat-screen TV and streaming services – ideal for any kiddos or teens in the group.



Additional amenities include a washer and dryer – ideal for doing a few loads after a day of sledding, and an enclosed backyard.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

• No more than 3 cars at the house at any time

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• No smoking

• Check-in time is 4 PM

• Check-out time is 10 AM



A maximum of 2 adults is allowed per bedroom per the City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 8 allowed. No Over Occupancy.



Max Parking for 3 vehicles

Parking: 3 vehicles maximum at any given time per City Code. Street parking is prohibited.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
