We want you to have a wonderful, comfortable stay while also helping us take great care of the home and our neighborhood

• As part of local compliance, we kindly collect each guest’s legal name and place of residence before check-in.
• The home accommodates up to 10 registered guests.
• For everyone’s safety and privacy, only registered guests are allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• This is a family-friendly home, so no locals, parties, or events are permitted.
• No marijuana or illegal substances, and no smoking inside the home, please.

To help maintain a peaceful environment, the home is equipped with Minut decibel-monitoring devices that simply detect noise levels (they do not record audio). Since this is a residential neighborhood, we kindly ask you to be mindful of neighbors and enjoy the space respectfully.
