Beautiful, bright and renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home minutes away from Hollywood Beach. Enjoy being minutes away from the beach while sleeping in the calm, residential neighborhood of Hollywood Lakes.
We have new protocols which we must follow due to covid-19. Please read them below before booking.
- We are now required to have a record of every guestâs legal name and where they are from, for contact tracing purposes.
- The maximum number of guests is 10
- No unregistered guests can be at the property (inside or outside) at any time.
- Any reservation violating local covid-19 guidelines such as gatherings and parties will be immediately canceled without a refund.
We are legally obligated to abide by these rules as per state laws until further notice.
Beautiful, bright and renovated 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. The house is very spacious and bright. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the heated pool or spa. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 3 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride from the beach. Outdoor parking on premises, up to 3 cars in the driveway plus 1 street parking spot.
The house has:
- Large living room open to the kitchen with 65" smart TV
- Large open and fully stocked kitchen
- Dining room overlooking the pool
- Master bedroom with attached master bathroom and 2 walk-in closets. King bed and 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 2 - queen bed
- Bedroom 3 - twin bunkbeds
- Bedroom 4 - two full/double beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 5 - in law suite - queen bed, 32" smart TV and private attached bathroom and closet. The in law suite can only be accessed by the inner courtyard, on the other side of the pool, see floorplan
- Inner courtyard with heated pool and spa. Plenty of lounging areas, a dining table, BBQ, and 50" smart TV
- Backyard with children's play area and ping pong table
- Laundry room - can only be accessed by inner courtyard, on the other side of the pool
