The space

Welcome to 'Sanctuary by the Sea!'

This GORGEOUS home is situated in the ultra-desirable WaterColor community, giving it the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and a convenient location.

As you arrive, you're greeted by a lovely screened-in front porch, complete with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan- the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. Step through the door to the bright and airy living room, filled with lots of natural light. The open-concept floor plan takes you seamlessly into the dining room, and then to the chef's kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry, and island seating for 4.

Tucked just off the kitchen is a built-in workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work when needed. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a glass shower.

Upstairs on the second floor, a secondary living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. This floor also holds the remaining bedrooms, including the master bedroom featuring a King bed, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final two rooms include a bedroom with two Twin beds, and a bunk room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, both rooms sharing the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outside, fire up the BBQ grill for a quick meal, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway.

Located just two homes down from the Dragonfly Pool and only a short bike or LSV/golf cart ride to Seaside and Camp WaterColor, you're perfectly positioned to experience the best of 30A! You're also just 1.5 miles from the Eastern Lake Trailhead in Point Washington State Forest, offering miles of scenic hiking and biking trails.

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute LSV/golf cart ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute LSV/golf cart ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
