Cozy, rustic ski retreat near Camelback! This 3BR, 2.5BA townhome sleeps up to 10 and sits less than ½ mile from the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out convenience at the Village at Camelback. Enjoy an open-concept living space, full kitchen, dining for 8 plus kitchen island seating, washer/dryer, and BBQ. Relax on the large wraparound deck or unwind in the jacuzzi tub (in unit). Village/community center amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickleball, and more - plus free onsite parking.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
