Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Free parking is available in the condo parking lot. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patio are available for your full use.

The on-side community hot tub is available for guest use at no charge!

The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day (price subject to change). Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.

Welcome to Trailside—your 1-bedroom, 1-bath mountain basecamp designed for travelers who want quick access to adventure and a comfortable place to unwind. The condo is located directly next to the ski run leading to the Kicking Horse lift, making ski days effortless. When you’re done exploring, enjoy easy access to the free on-site community hot tub, ideal for warming up tired legs after a big day outside.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area with a fireplace, smart TV, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the dining nook seats four. The attached patio is a great place to start or end the day where you could enjoy morning coffee or unwind with a soothing beverage at the end of the day.
