3. Pool Heating - $125/night *Heated Spa/Jacuzzi is included with your reservation.
4. Daily Housekeeping - $200 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

In-home Concierge Services:

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. Please note, the house is located adjacent to a main/busy road and road noise can be heard from the property.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available, fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.

Note: All cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee based on the amount paid.
