Maison du Monde (or “House of the World”) is a reflection of our love for international living and diverse cultures. We’ve curated a space that blends the warmth of Mississippi hospitality with global influences, creating a unique experience for every guest. From the handcrafted Moroccan table to the European artwork and carved African animals, each detail tells a story of our travels and passion for global design.

While we celebrate international influences, this home is also deeply rooted in the Mississippi Gulf Coast, from the beautiful live oak in the front yard to the photos of family favorite restaurants where we have gathered over the years. When not enjoying great local food, prepare your own family favorites with our fully equipped kitchen or outside BBQ. Enjoy conversation around the fire pit in our peaceful backyard. Bedroom 1: Two twin beds, a closet, and a dresser — perfect for kids or friends.

Bedroom 2: King-sized bed, closet, nightstand, dresser, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Bedroom 3 Spacious layout with a king-sized bed and direct access to the hallway bath.

A second full bathroom, located adjacent to Bedrooms 2 and 3, also features a walk-in shower designed for accessibility. (Please note: the home is not fully ADA compliant.)

The large living room offers plenty of plush seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights or catching the game. The open-concept layout flows into a pass-through kitchen that’s fully stocked — whether you’re preparing a pot of gumbo or a full-course dinner.

Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig machine with a selection of pods.

The Tea Room provides a cozy, intimate space for quiet conversation.

The formal dining room seats your entire group comfortably, with room for a few guests.
