Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or mimosa while watching the sunrise on the beautiful private balcony overlooking hole number five. This pristine 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers luxury accommodations with easy access to all that Sea Pines has to offer.

Located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access, the open concept floor plan provides comfortable and stylish furnishings, tile flooring, a Smart TV and access to a beautiful private balcony overlooking the golf course.

The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, plenty of cabinet and counter space, a Keurig and standard coffee maker, spices for cooking and everything you'll need to prepare meals for your guests. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

The main bedroom features a king size bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage with ample hangers.

The owners have thought of almost everything and has several conveniences such as beach towels, beach dolly, sun umbrellas, toys for the kids, plenty of games and books and Bose sound system!

The Plantation Club complex is a short 8-minute walk to the beach and also has two on-site pools. During the summer months, the Sea Pines shuttle stops just outside your door and provides easy access to Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club and the activities and attractions of Hilton Head Island. Plantation Club is located just steps away from the Sea Pines Bike Shop as well!

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Pet Policy: A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; up to 25 pounds per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass; please specify the number of security gate passes needed at the time of booking. Car passes are $17 per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
