The neighborhood
Sol Haus is located in West Panama City Beach in an area called Laguna Beach or Sunnyside. It is just a 5 minute drive to 30A and the gateway to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Dining can be found up and down Front Beach road or upscale dining is just minutes away in Inlet Beach/30A Area. Laguna Beach is a golf cart friendly neighborhood and golf carts or Moke's can be rented for day/week use. These Low Speed Vehicles are street legal and can be used on all streets 35mph or under...allowing you to take your cart to the beach, to the donut and ice cream shops, the local grocery store, Aldi's, resturants, and more. Pier Park, an area with many restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, and entertainment, is just a few miles down the road and accessible via Golf Cart also.
