The Space:
This marsh front property sits on .5 acres and is surrounded by beautiful oak trees.
All four bedrooms are conveniently located on one level, featuring three king beds and one queen. Enjoy two beautifully updated full bathroomsâone private en suite in the primary bedroom and another shared by the remaining rooms.
Both the primary bedroom and kitchen come equipped with Roku TVs. The fully stocked kitchen includes brand-new appliances and a Keurig drip and k-cup coffee maker. The dining table seats up to 8 people. Puzzles and games provided for entertainment.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home & property, including a spacious, comfortable living area and a relaxing backyard perfect for unwinding.
Parking is available in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
Entry is simple and secure with a convenient smart-lock on the front door.
