The area is surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops. Additionally, the area is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to get to other parts of the city.



The Space:

The apartment itself is super chic, modern, and sophisticated with a New York style and vibe. It is quiet and comfortable with added touches to make your stay more enjoyable, such as a 40" flat screen TV, Free Wifi, linens, plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, oven range, microwave-oven, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a washer / dryer in the unit for your convenience, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board.

The apartment features beautiful exposed brick walls, which is a classic and charming feature of many New York apartments. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and includes a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Additionally, the apartment has a large closet, air conditioner, and heating.



Everything has been thought out in full detail to ensure an enjoyable stay and you will have everything you need to feel at home away from home. Hope to see you soon!



Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

Historic Murray Hill / Kips Bay neighborhood, walk to Gramercy Park, which is considered one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The location is very centrally located and just a few minute walk away from some of NYC's key locations such as Union Square, Madison Square Park, and NYU. The area is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy for you to find a place to eat or grab a drink. 24/7 Deli's, grocery store, and supermarket are also nearby, making it easy for you to get your necessities. The apartment also is well served by public transportation, so all other major NYC attractions are just a short walk, cab or subway ride away. You are sure to fall in love with this neighborhood and all it has to offer.



Getting Around:

The area around East 26th St Murry Hill New York City is well-served by public transportation. The closest subway station is the 23rd St Station, which is located on the N/R/W, 4/5/6, and L lines. This provides easy access to many other parts of the city. Additionally, several bus routes run through the area, providing additional options for getting around. The location is also walkable to many places in midtown and downtown Manhattan.
