• **Primary Suite:** A spacious lake-view retreat with a Roku TV, large walk-in closet, and private bath featuring a shower and jacuzzi tub. A fold-away twin bed is conveniently stored in the closet and can be moved to any room for extra sleeping flexibility.

• **Second & Third Bedrooms:** Each bedroom includes a queen bed plus a trundle with two twin beds, a Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo—ideal for families or groups.

• **Fourth Bedroom / Game Room:** A fun and flexible space with a bunk bed and trundle (sleeping three additional guests), two sofas, and a Roku TV—perfect for kids, teens, or movie nights.

**Outdoor Living & Lake Access**

Step outside to enjoy the large private dock, where fishing and swimming are excellent. While boats and jet skis are reserved for owner use, rentals are available nearby. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks and enjoy easy access to the water all day long. You can also use the neighborhood boat ramp for your own boat as well as the public park ramp and fishing pier, just a short-drive away.
