Sandarac 604B is a beautifully appointed monthly vacation condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach. Set in the popular Sandarac community, this two-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers stunning Gulf views, resort-style amenities, and direct beach access, making it ideal for guests seeking a relaxed coastal escape.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming living room featuring a cozy couch and a large sliding glass door that opens to the sights and sounds of the sea. Guests can unwind with a favorite show on TV or simply take in the view across the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for meal prep. There is a dining table for 4, and in the kitchen an extra table for 3 extra guests.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and its own television, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a second TV—comfortable accommodations for up to four guests. One bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower, and the second includes a tub/shower combination to suit every preference.

here is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. For your convenience, there is an in-unit Washer and Dryer, Free Wifi, building elevators and ample on-site parking.

Just steps from your door, you’ll discover Sandarac’s expansive resort-style pool and easy access to the soft white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Whether guests choose to spend their days lounging by the pool or watching the sunset from the shoreline, Sandarac 604B offers an unforgettable beachside retreat.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
