Sunset Condo # 104 est votre destination pour cette ultime séjour vacances à la plage. Tout le confort a été soigneusement prévu dans ce style cottage côtière bien aménagées deux chambres, deux salles de bains. Bois patiné et planche de perles à travers améliorer encore la décoration et crée un environnement amusant de vivre en bord de mer. unité magnifique avec tout le confort de la maison. cuisine en acier inoxydable, de réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à glaçons, four à convection / plage, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, l'élimination, Ultra Capacity LG laveuse et sécheuse à vapeur, grille-pain, mixeur, cafetière, planche à repasser avec le fer, et le centre de A / C équipée long avec des ventilateurs de plafond. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size avec 2 tables de nuit avec des lampes, commode, pour écran plat, un coin salon, dressing avec les organisateurs personnalisés, grande douche avec portes en verre sans cadre de douche, comptoirs de quartz, planchers de tuiles de travertin dans le bain, moquette dans la chambre et la fenêtre donnant sur le magnifique golfe. La chambre dispose d'un lit queen size, TV écran plat, promenade dans le placard avec les organisateurs, 2 tables de nuit avec des lampes de corail, chaise, commode, et une grande fenêtre. bain sont dotées d'une baignoire / douche combo avec comptoir en quartz, porcelaine carrelage, et la ligne de suspension rétractable pour maillots de bain.
Tandis qu'ici assurez-vous de profiter de la belle piscine en bord de mer de l'appartement entouré de pavés en terre cuite et de nombreuses chaises longues pour parfaire votre bronzage. Les serviettes de plage sont fournis pour vous et sont situés dans le linge dans le cabinet du condo pour votre commodité.
Le salon dispose d'un canapé et causeuse, fauteuil avec pouf, 37 'écran plat Vizio TV avec lecteur DVD, une vidéothèque, une sélection de jeux de société, radio météo d'urgence, et un ventilateur de plafond. Une table de salle à manger qui peut accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a aussi un bar avec 2 chaises. La véranda projeté a 4 chaises et une table basse pour profiter du lever du soleil et des couchers de soleil avec une boisson de votre choix!

Great Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is extremely well equipped and beautifully decorated. Everything is top of the line and comfortable. The view from the condo is magnificent. Sunsets are gorgeous. Property was clean and well maintained. Owner was very solicitous about our comfort.

Beautiful condo. Fully equipped. Great location.

We loved our two weeks in this condo. It is right on the most magnificent beach. Great sunsets from the veranda. Great location to stores and restaurants. The owners were wonderful to work with. I can't find anything to criticize. Very comfortable and it has everything one might need. We hope to return in the future.

Sunset Condominium Ft Myers Beach Florida

Our two week stay at the Sunset Condominium on beautiful Ft Myers Beach was spectacular. Our two weeks from mid March to the end of the month were filled with beautiful sunshine and warm summer like days. Having stayed on this portion of the beach several times previously we are well aware of the expansive beach and beautiful sunsets. It was truly an enjoyable stay. This was the first time that we stayed in this particular condo unit, and we could have not been been more impressed. This unit is impeccable in every sense. Everything that we could have needed was provided. It is beautifully furnished, truly a home away from home. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated, beautiful views, superb location on the beach, and wonderful amenities. We had an exceptional two weeks!!!

Great Location but property needs updating

This truly is a good location as stated by previous traveler, but the condo needs some upgrading and fixing. Master bathroom door lock is broken, mirror is rusty and chipped. Bathroom floors look like they do not ever get washed. Couches in the sitting area are quite stained. There is a blood stain in the master bedroom on the mattress. The beds are new and comfy...but the rest is truly outdated and in a need of a repair. Owner is very easy to deal with and accommodating. We would return to Sunset but perhaps a different condo.

As an owner I always ask to current renter if anything needs addressed, repairs, updates, etc. This is the first I've heard of these issues and I'll immediately look into them and correct as needed. I'm always updating the unit, new Flat panel TVs in every room, just put in a new dining room table and chairs. The carpets and furniture are regularly steamed cleaned and replaced upon signs of wear. I always want the keep the condo in the condition of my own home and I love hearing from past renters how lovely the unit is and most book for the next year before the end of their stay. As the past guest states, I'm easy to deal with and accommodating, I wish they would have contacted me immediately to give me the opportunity to have corrected and made their stay perfect. I'm a local owner and strive to exceed the guests expectations. As I always say we are living in Paradise.

Great location. Gulf view is spectacular, with restaurants, bars and grocery store in walking distance. Excellent location for drive to Fort Myers beach area or Naples. I would definitely go back .

Charming condo

Must have been professionally decorated. I've stayed nearby for years, and love the area. Beautiful white sand beach and view of sunsets from the lanai. Only negatives are the island traffic, and this time many stingrays in the water near the shore. Owners responded to my messages quickly. Found an outstanding restaurant on the beach, Fresh Catch Bistro, but reserve in advance.

Fantastic beach and location!

We spent 4 weeks at Sunset 104 and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo has a great beachy feel that is further enhanced by its location on the first floor. We really felt like we were right on the beach! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We had to contact the owner a few times and he responded right away. Definitely recommend this place!

Can't wait to go back

Easy to get too, private parking undercover, gulf view was fantastic, pool was great, temperature was unseasonably warm which was fine for us. Small negatives, grills are far away from unit, unit door was hard to open due to the lock box attached, and the water was a distance away. But we loved it.

Beautifully decorated condo had EVERYTHING we needed! Great getaway from the MN snowy winter. Just can’t beat the soft white sand beach & proximity to dining, & some fun little shops! We need to return post Covid to experience the fun little beach bars jclodd by! Saw dolphins, picked shells, pontooned around the island stopping at each end to swim! Ft Myers Beach is my Happy Place! Thanks for the memories!! The ONeils

Okies in Paradise

My husband, my best friend, and I spent two wonderful weeks in Sunset Condo #104 in Ft. Myers Beach in February. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated, well supplied condo. It was so nice to sit in the lanai and watch the beautiful sunsets after spending the day on the beach or enjoying the great swimming pool that belongs to the condo. The building is well maintained and is very secure. There are great restaurants close by. We all agreed we would definitely return to Sunset 104 someday!

The accommodations were fabulous! We were right on the beach and saw beautiful sunsets everyday. The owners added personal touches to the place that made our stay extra easy (laundry soap, dish detergents, and even personal care products). We will definately be back.

Wonderful sunsets

If you enjoy cooking....every utensil and small appliance was there! The condo was immaculate. The owners supplied several cleaners, toiletries, paper products which was a big plus for us since buying these is a big expense. Almost each evening we enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai to enjoy a wonderful sunset. My only disappointment was that the master bedroom had a queen bed. ...when you’re used to sleeping on a king for many years, it’s difficult to be comfortable on a smaller bed.

Condo lives up to its name!

The most spectacular sunsets are certainly right at its doorstep! This condo was immaculate, thoughtfully equipped and had a great beach location. The owners have been updating the unit and have done a great job with quality finishes, high-end appliances and equipment for everything you might need. We were completely comfortable there, and also liked the complex where it is located. The complex was well-maintained and provided comfortable security. In all, our stay was just perfect.

Sunset 104 !!!

Sunset 104 was great for our winter in Fort Myers Beach. The unit was fully furnished and well laid out. The sunsets on the lani were wonderful and enjoyed on nearly every evening. Walked the beach everyday and the pool is great. Would have loved to come back for 2020 but the unit was already rented when we checked in January of this year.

Best Ever!

We just completed a two week stay and wish we could have stayed longer. This condo is outstanding. Not only is it wonderfully decorated, it is equally well equipped. It is impeccably cared for and the view is excellent. It is quiet and in a building full of very respectful people. The location was perfect. You could walk to the shopping plaza, the movie theater and many restaurants. The trolley stop is near the entrance and you have access to the entire Beach. Our only regret was it was already booked for next year.

Best vacation ever

The condo is great. Almost every window shows the beach and water. It mean so much to open the blinds in the morning and there it is, calling you to come down to set by the water. We had a wonderful 4 weeks. Would recommend this for anybody.

sunset condo # 104 was as advertised and more....

the condo 104 experience was great from start to finish. It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well appointed. Starting with the reserved under building parking it featured new (or recently new) appliances, furnishings, as well as every kitchen gadget (dishes, pots/pans etc.) that anyone would ever need--- no expense was spared. The very best feature of this condo was the sunsets from the screened balcony, they were beautiful beyond description. We would highly recommend condo #104 to anyone...........

Enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets each night on the screened lanai or while picnicking in the thatched Tiki huts directly below the condo. A short elevator ride to the first floor makes this a very convenient location when bringing in groceries from the Publix nearby. The Beach Cinema is directly across the street from the condominium, as is Charlie’s Boathouse, a restaurant with canal views. For the more adventurous, a variety of activities awaits you including Charter Boat fishing, Pirate Ship and Key West Express boating excursions, golf at Fort Myers Beach Golf club (only 4min away/Public course open 7days a week), parasailing and beach shops to name but a few. You will never need to leave the island, unless of course you want to explore the shops and restaurants of Historic downtown Ft. Myers and stop for a visit at the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford homes on stately royal palm lined McGregor Blvd. Do absolutely ‘nothing’ or do it all- the choice is yours!
