Round up your favorite people and escape to The Gathering Place, a spacious Bear Lake getaway perched above Garden City with sweeping lake and mountain views. Designed for families and large groups, this inviting home sleeps up to 21 guests and includes access to Ideal Beach Resort just minutes away. Enjoy a private hot tub overlooking the water, a backyard playground for the kids, and relaxed evenings on the deck taking in the scenery.

Inside, the home features an open main floor with cozy seating, a fireplace, and large windows that frame the lake. The kitchen and dining area make cooking and gathering easy, offering plenty of room for meals together. The lower level adds even more space with a family room, additional bedrooms, and comfortable areas for kids and adults to unwind. Smart TVs, a ping pong table, and a welcoming layout ensure there’s something for everyone.

With five bedrooms and fifteen beds, the home offers flexible sleeping arrangements. The main floor features a king suite with a private bathroom and a bunk-style room with nine twin beds. Downstairs, three queen bedrooms and two queen sofa beds in the family room provide comfortable options for groups of all sizes. Four full bathrooms—two upstairs and two downstairs—make getting ready for the day simple and stress-free.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and dining essentials, making it easy to prepare meals for your entire group. A high chair and children’s table are also provided for younger guests.

Your stay includes access to Ideal Beach Resort, which offers a private beach, pools, hot tubs, sports courts, playgrounds, and acres of green space. Guests have full access to the entire home, driveway, backyard, and private hot tub. The garage is not available, but the driveway accommodates six to seven vehicles. Please note that RVs and street parking are not permitted. Boats are welcome, though launching must be done at local marinas rather than at Ideal Beach.

Roads are maintained year-round, but due to elevation and winter weather, 4x4 or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during fall, winter, and spring.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
