When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. After sending the picture of this issue to the property manager, she said that she found out that there had been a leak in the HVAC that they were trying to remedy. It was 10pm at night at this point so we chose to move into it as we did not see visible mold, unlike the original unit. We then spent two nights in that unit and were informed that the maintenance had been done in the original unit and we needed to move out of the replacement unit because others were coming in that morning. I informed the property manager that we were uncomfortable moving back into a unit where they had not properly remediated the mold, which I had told her repeatedly through this process. She told me that they had done what they felt necessary but understood and that they would refund the remaining two nights. I told her that we were having to move three times in three days and, as we had our kids with us and were there for work, the inconvenience was very great and that they SHOULD refund us our full stay. They said no. Do not rent from them. Rest won't fit here.
