- You will need your own transport, or you can use Grab/Bolt for easy and low‑cost rides around Phuket.
- Electricity & water are fully included in your stay - no surprise charges.
- We do not have a pool or communal pool on the project nor included cleaning service, but the home will be professionally cleaned before arrival.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee per day (must be approved and declared in advance).
