Backyard Notice 🌿
In the backyard, you’ll find the pool equipment and a small shed. For safety reasons, these are off-limits and should not be touched or used by guests.

No Parties or Events ❌🎉
Parties are strictly prohibited. This is a private home in a family-friendly neighborhood, and we are committed to preserving a peaceful environment for everyone.

Quiet Hours 🤫
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Boho Bliss is in a residential community, and we kindly ask you to keep noise to a respectful level at all times.

Smoking Policy 🚭
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Violations may result in a penalty of up to $1,000 and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, in accordance with VRBO policies.

Registered Guests Only 📝
For safety and comfort, only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Extra Cleaning Fee 🧹
We ask that the home be left in a reasonable clean condition. A deep cleaning fee may apply if the property is left with excessive dirt, stains, trash, clutter, or strong odors beyond normal use.

Insect Awareness 🦟🌴
Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally see mosquitoes, ants, lizards, or frogs, especially in outdoor areas. There is a canal behind the property, which can attract insects. We do our best with regular pest control, but we recommend keeping doors closed, storing food properly, and using insect repellent when outside.

Pool Heating 🌊🔥
Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay.

Trash Collection 🗑️
Trash is collected on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please place bins outside the night before, as pickup occurs early in the morning.

Pool Safety & Protective Fence ⚠️🏊‍♀️
• The pool area has a removable safety fence for added peace of mind, but it does not replace adult supervision.
• Children and pets must never be left unattended near the pool.
• No lifeguard is on duty; guests use the pool at their own risk.
• Pool use involves inherent risks, including:
• Injury from pool equipment malfunction
• Tripping or slipping around the pool
• Collisions between unsupervised swimmers
• Other pool-related accidents
By staying at Boho Bliss, guests assume full responsibility and agree to waive claims against the owners or managers.

Pool Maintenance 🧼
The pool is serviced every Monday morning around 5:30–6:00 AM. This is quick and requires no action from guests.

Outdoor Security Cameras 📹
For safety, cameras are installed on the exterior only:
• Ring doorbell at front entrance
• Two cameras in backyard facing the pool
• One camera facing the pool equipment
By booking, guests acknowledge and consent to outdoor-only monitoring.

BBQ Grill & Fire Pit Safety 🔥🍔
• Propane may or may not be provided; guests are responsible for refilling if needed.
• Always turn off grill and fire pit completely after use.
• Never leave unattended and always supervise children.
Improper use may lead to safety risks or damage.

Pets 🐾
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring pet bedding or blankets.
• Pets must always be supervised. Unattended pets can cause damage or get hurt.
• Keep noise low, especially during quiet hours.

Checkout ⏰
• Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
• A $100 late fee applies for departures after 10:15 AM unless previously arranged.

Bathrooms 🚽
Please do not flush anything, not even toilet paper, to prevent plumbing clogs.

Outdoor Area Notice 🌴🍂
Our home is surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery, which may lead to leaves or small debris falling into the pool or yard. Regular maintenance is provided, but nature leaves its touch!

Water Meter / Utility Access 💧⚡
• Utility personnel (water meter readers or FPL electricians) may occasionally need access for maintenance.
• We’ll always try to give advance notice.
