Welcome to your perfect Central Oregon getaway! Nestled in the charming Tollgate neighborhood just minutes from downtown Sisters, this beautiful Casita : Studio , bathroom and kitchenette, —offers comfort, privacy, and that classic lodge-style ambiance you’ve been dreaming of.

Casita/ADU:
The detached Southwest-themed Casita offers its own private sanctuary with a king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and serene vibes—ideal for guests seeking a little extra peace and quiet. Sliding glass doors also lead to the backyard and hot tub—and a wonderful view of the yard. You will be renting the Casita exclusively, no other guests at the main house. The Casita has a kitchenette, no stove or oven. It does have an outside BBQ, a refrigerator, Kueurig coffee maker and microwave.

Outdoor Living:
The backyard is your own private retreat, backing up to BLM land and surrounded by towering pines. Gather around the gas fireplace, grill up a feast on the BBQ, and enjoy the abundant seating and incredible stargazing (Sisters is an International Dark Sky Community!). The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.

Neighborhood Amenities:
Tollgate is a hidden gem with a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, volleyball net, and scenic walking and biking trails. It’s the perfect blend of nature and recreation.
