We loved our stay. What a great location, and just enough room for three adults. Check-in was very easy, and we were no more than a ten-minute walk or ride to everything. We absolutely would stay here again.
This flat was perfect! Friendly concierge & wonderful area to stay. Great communication when our flight was cancelled. Would definitely recommend & my family would stay again!!
Great apartment great location . Stayed 8 days was amazing.coming from the US and were able to check in early. Canât wait to return. Thanks for sharing youâre beautiful apartment.
What a great flat with a perfect location for visiting London for the first time! Quiet during the evenings and felt very secure as well with friendly concierges at the entrance to the building. Host was very accommodating and fortunately was able to provide us an earlier check-in as our overseas flight arrived mid afternoon.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay here! The flat is conveniently located to lots of major attractions and tube lines. Having a doorman was very convenient because we checked in quite late at night. We would definitely come back!
The flat slept our family of four comfortably, it was a bonus to have two bathrooms (though small). The street is quiet yet very close to Big Ben/Westminster Abbey and Covent Gardens. Michael was very responsive and provided thorough directions and appliance manuals.
Everything about this visit was a delight. Perfect neighborhood, gorgeous apt, all our needs met and exceeded. Wish we didnât have to leave.
Peace and gratitude TK
Only criticism is to offer more closet and drawer space for clothes and personal washroom items. A bit cluttered. The location was epic and the building was really nice. The concierge was tremendous. Definitely would stay again when weâre in London!
Location could not be better for central London. Near Trafalgar, Westminster, Embankment Tube Station.
Good communication with host.
Two toilets and sinks so could get ready faster as a family.
Nice and open feeling with balcony looking out to street. Very safe location.
Awesome location, great building! Good communication with host and amenities just as described. Laundry is a smaller 2/1 unit where the loads take quite a while to wash/dry. My wife was unable to locate a hair dryer, there may have been one but we didnât find it.
The property was a wonderfully historic building, once home to George Bernard Shaw in the late 19th century.
Just a few minutes' walk to Trafalgar Square, staffed by the most charming concierge, and very comfortable beds. And talk about holy water pressure, Batman!
Host was communicative and quick to respond to queries.
There was no jacuzzi tub as advertised, but as neither of us take baths, didnât matter to us. The internet had moments of fussiness, so if you need a constant strong connection for work, keep that in mind. We only needed it for personal matters and werenât too bothered if it cut out.
Overall, i definitely would recommend for a stay in London.
The location and host were greatâŠ.the building is beautiful. They do advertise having air conditioning but it is only the bedroom and air does not work very well. There was also major construction going on and in the building and we were woken each day with ridiculously loud construction noise from scaffolding being built in the middle of the building. We should have been informed of this construction and given the chance the to cancel the booking
The location cannot be beat! The building is secure and very convenient to transportation. However, the unit is missing some basic kitchen essentials (only a Nespresso that requires special pods for coffee, no microwave, etc). Communication with the owner/manager wasn't amazing. But if I wanted this location, I would stay here again.
My husband and I and our 2 adult children stayed a week. The location was spectacular and we easily walked to every sight we wanted to visit. We did take an Uber boat to Tower of London but we were very close to Embankment pier. Our adult daughter agreed prior to arrival to sleep on the living room couch âbedâ as the flat only has 2 bedrooms. She was uncomfortable on the stiff couch but she made due. The location and beauty of the building really did make our trip phenomenal. The one detail to share and we have rented many houses and apartments was the amount of personal items kept in the home. It seemed as if the owners left just before we arrived. We lived out of our open suitcases on the livingroom floor because we had nowhere to store our things and never felt comfortably moved in. We had never experienced this before.
I would have given the property five stars, except for two lacks. First, the cutlery is minimal. For example, the kitchen has only two teaspoons. Not helpful if a family of three are all eating soup or cereal at the same time! Second, there is no house book indicating how things work. We ended up having to call the owner to learn how to get the air-conditioning and the TV to function. The location is excellent and one can easily walk to the nearest tube stop. Security in the building is also excellent.
Who knew there was residential on Whitehall! So centrally located near everything, yet quiet in the evenings. Smooth checking in to receive keys. Our family with older teenagers really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
Loved this flat in a great area of London. Highly recommend, especially if you are on a family trip. Tons of space and a great kitchen to cook some meals!
We enjoyed the property and would consider it again when we return to London. It has a great location and the management was very easy to work with. The presence of the Doorman / Concierge made us feel safe. My only suggested improvement is to put a microwave oven in the kitchen.
Wonderful flat walkable to everything and easy access to embankment tube station. Quick replies from host. Hot shower and comfy bed. We loved every minute of our stay here and highly recommend it.
It is a great, clean property with an amazing location! I would highly recommend this property! It is within a few blocks of Trafalgar Square, Winston Churchills War Museum and the Embankment Station.
We enjoyed everything about the flat--the location is unbeatable, it was very comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see, and the Underground was just a few minutes away. We were able to pick up the groceries we needed so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. I can't imagine a more ideal location for our trip to London!

Located on the Thames, opposite the London Eye and 3 minutes from St. James Park. Very close to Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, West End, National Theater, Royal Festival Hall and Piccadilly Circus. The flat benefits from floor to ceiling windows in a 360 square foot living room with an open plan kitchen and parquet floors throughout.
