The property includes two dedicated on-site parking spaces, along with access to the EV charger for guest use. There are no shared interior spaces, allowing for a comfortable and private stay.

Smoking or drug use is not permitted inside the home, on the patio, or in common areas. This includes cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, or any illegal substances. A $1,000 fine will apply if violated, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.

No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A $1,000 fine will apply for parties or verified noise complaints, along with any additional damages or fees.

Pets

Pets are welcome but must be disclosed and approved in advance.
• One-time fee: $100 per pet per stay
• Maximum: 2 pets (cats or dogs only)
• Undisclosed pets will result in double the pet fee

Undeclared Guests

Only registered guests are permitted. Undeclared guests will be charged $50 per guest per night.

Reservation Dates

Stays may not extend beyond the confirmed reservation without prior approval.

Property Inspection

Please inspect the home upon check-in and report any issues promptly. Missing items after check-out will result in a $100 replacement fee per item.

Excessive Mess

Excessive dirt, stains, spills, or trash may result in additional cleaning fees beyond the standard cleaning charge.
